If you have a saved password for Educadium in Safari or Chrome, it can overwrite whatever username and password you type in to the logins fields and give an “Invalid Login” error. Follow the steps for your issue below.
1. You Have a Saved Password for One Student But Have Another Student Trying to Login
If you have a saved password for one student, when you try to login a different student, the browser will overwrite the username and password you entered with the saved login information. The solution is to add a saved password for the new student. Follow the instructions for your browser below.
Safari- Add a New Saved Password
- Open Safari.
- Click Safari in the top left menu.
- Choose Settings, then click Passwords.
- Sign in using your Mac password.
- Beside the search box, click on the + sign, then select "New Password".
- In the Website field, type in https://diveonline.educadium.com.
- In Username and Password fields, type in the username and password on the login email.
- Click "Save Password".
- Restart your computer and try logging in again.
Chrome-Add a New Saved Password
- Open the Chrome menu (this will appear as three dots in the upper right corner)
- Select Settings
- Click Autofill and passwords
- Click Google Password Manager
- Click "Add" at the top right
- In the Site field, type in https://diveonline.educadium.com.
- In Username and Password fields, type in the username and password on the login email.
- Click "Save".
- Restart your computer and try logging in again.

Safari- Delete Saved Password
- Open Safari.
- Click Safari in the top left menu.

- Sign in with Touch ID, or enter your user account password.
- In the list of websites, look for diveonline.educadium.com. If you don't see it, stop here and contact us as instructed above.
- If you do see diveonline.educadium.com in the list, select it and click Edit.
- Select Delete Password.
- Restart your computer and try logging in again.
