1. You Have a Saved Password for One Student But Have Another Student Trying to Login
If you have a saved password for one student, when you try to login a different student, the browser will overwrite the username and password you entered with the saved login information. The solution is to add a saved password for the new student. Follow the instructions below.
Firefox - Add a New Saved Password
- Open Firefox.
- Click the menu button (☰) in the top-right corner.
- Select Passwords
- Click the + Create New Login button.
