If you're having trouble logging in and you're using a saved username and password, the issue may be caused by your browser auto-filling an incorrect saved username or password. Please follow these steps to delete the saved login credentials and add the correct ones:
For Safari:
- Open Safari and click Safari in the top left menu.
- Choose Settings, then click Passwords.
- Sign in with Touch ID, or enter your user account password.
- In the list of websites, click diveonline.educadium.com.
- Select Delete Password.
- Restart your computer and try logging in again.
- When prompted to save the username and password, click Save.
- If you're not prompted to save, follow Steps 1-3 above, then click the + button in the lower left corner.
- Enter diveonline.educadium.com under Site, then enter your User Name, and Password.
- Select Add a Password.
For Chrome:
- Open Chrome and click the three dots in the upper right corner.
- Select Settings, then Autofill and Passwords
- Click Password Manager
- In the list of websites, click diveonline.educadium.com.
- In the bottom left corner, click Delete.
- Restart your computer and try logging in again.
- When prompted to save the username and password, click Save.
- If you're not prompted to save, follow Steps 1-3 above, then click Add.
- Enter diveonline.educadium.com under Site, then enter your User Name, and Password.
- Click Save.
