If you're having trouble logging in and you're using a saved username and password, the issue may be caused by your browser auto-filling an incorrect saved username or password. Please follow these steps to delete the saved login credentials and add the correct ones:
For Safari:
Open Safari and click Safari in the top left menu.
Choose Settings, then click Passwords.
Sign in with Touch ID, or enter your user account password.
In the list of websites, click diveonline.educadium.com.
Select Delete Password.
Restart your computer and try logging in again.
When prompted to save the username and password, click Save.
If you're not prompted to save, follow Steps 1-3 above, then click the + button in the lower left corner.
Enter diveonline.educadium.com under Site, then enter your User Name, and Password.
Select Add a Password.
For Chrome:
Open Chrome and click the three dots in the upper right corner.
Select Settings, then Autofill and Passwords
Click Password Manager
In the list of websites, click diveonline.educadium.com.
In the bottom left corner, click Delete.
Restart your computer and try logging in again.
When prompted to save the username and password, click Save.
If you're not prompted to save, follow Steps 1-3 above, then click Add.
Enter diveonline.educadium.com under Site, then enter your User Name, and Password.
