1. Select the computer or device your student uses to access their course:
2. On the computer your student uses to access their course, open Chrome and go to deviceinfo.me. In the left menu, select VPN IP Address.
- If it says "Not Detected, go to step #3.
- If an IP address is listed (ie: 72.23.345.2), see: VPN Instructions
3. Unplug your router and modem for 15 MINUTES.

- While waiting, follow the steps under #3 above for all computers and devices that received the 403 error.
- After 15 minutes, plug it back in and try the course again.
- If you still receive the 403 Error, it may be caused by malware. Educadium recommends using Malwarebytes to check and clean your system. If you do have malware, after you remove it, repeat step 3 on all the computers and devices that received the 403 error. Then, open Chrome and try the course again.
- While waiting, follow the steps under #3 above for all computers and devices that received the 403 error.
