We are so sorry for the inconvenience! To protect your student against hackers, Educadium has very high security protocols that can sometimes cause this error*. However, we have a very simple solution to permanently resolve this issue.
We will create a new account in Educadium and transfer all the grades for all courses with an active subscription. This will completely resolve the issue and you will not receive the 403 Error again. Simply follow the steps below:

On the computer or device your student uses to access the course, go to deviceinfo.me.

Scroll down the left menu and select "VPN IP Address".

Under "VPN IP Address", if it says, "Not Detected", skip to the next step. If it says "Yes", temporarily turn your VPN off.* Then go to the next step. If your VPN is on your Wifi Router, either connect to a Wifi using a mobile hotspot or follow the steps under Section 2 at the bottom of this page: VPN
- Select your computer or device and follow the steps there.
