Assignment has a Missing Image, Typo, No Question, No Answers, Broken Help Link, etc

We will fix this and add points back to your grade. However, we cannot add the points until after, you have completed all the steps below. 

1. Skip the question.
    
2. Answer all the other questions you can.
    
3. Submit the assignment.
    
4. The "Results Page" will automatically open.  
    
5. Start a new page in your notebook called “Corrections: Lesson __". 
    
6. Find all the questions that you earned less than 1 point:

6. List them at the top of your “Corrections” page, like this:

7. Select the "Video Solutions" link (see below).

8. Watch the video solution for each question that you earned less than 1 point (in the grey box to the left of the question) and solve them correctly on paper.

 

9. Then, after completing all these steps, send a message to [e-mail] with the issue, student name, email address, course title, and assignment # and let us know you have completed all the steps.
