If it says "Continue Attempt", that means the student has opened but not submitted the assignment. Please have the student complete the assignment and click Submit All & Finish. The grade will now be recorded. If not, please restart your computer, and try again. If you still don't see the grade, Contact a Specialist
If it says "Re-attempt Quiz", that means the assignment has been submitted and the grade should be in the grade book. Scroll down and see the grade under "Attempt 1". If there is a grade on the Results page but not in the grade book, it is probably because the internet connection was lost.
