If you see, "You cannot open this Quiz or Exam until you have completed the following assignments"

This means the student skipped some assignments or has missing grades from the old site. 

If you are missing grades from the old site or you have submitted the assignment but the grade is not recorded on the "Grades" tab, STOP here and see: Missing Grades
 

1. Login to dive.unhosting.site using the same login the student uses.
    
2. Select the course title.
    
3. Select the "Grades" tab at the top of the page. For details see: How to View Grades
    
4. Scroll down and find the first assignment without a grade.
    
5. Select the assignment name.
    

6. Scroll down to the blue button. 

   If you see "Re-Attempt", that means you have completed this assignment but the grade was not transferred to the grade book. Do not re-take the assignment. Send an email to [e-mail] with the student's email address, course title, and assignment number and we will add the grade. Continue with Step 4 above to complete all other skipped assignments.

7. Select the blue button.

   If you see "Continue the Last Preview", that means you started the assignment but you have not submitted it. Continue to the next step.
    

8. Have the student complete the assignment. 
    
9. Repeat steps 4-8 until all assignments without a grade have been completed.
