The password reset email is sent to the email in the student's eLearning account.

Open that email account and check your Trash, Spam, and Updates folder.

If you still don't see it, that means one of the following:

A parent has a added a forwarding rule to forward all emails from Moodle to their account. Check the parent's email accounts for the password reset email.

You have not added noreply@moodle.com to "Contacts" in the email account in the student's eLearning account. If not, please do that now, then try the password reset again: How To Reset Password

The email in your student account is different than the one you entered in the password reset form. Follow these steps to try all your email addresses until you receive the password reset email. How To Reset Password
