If your email provider is not listed, search online for your email provider's name followed by "automatic email forwarding filter." Example:

Make sure to sign in to the email account that is registered with your student's eLearning account. This is the email address where your student's progress notifications are currently being sent.

Please note that this can only be done using a web browser, not the email application.

Find your email provider below (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or iCloud Mail) and follow the corresponding instructions.
- Once setup is complete, notifications will continue to be sent to the email address registered with the student's eLearning account, and forwarded copies will automatically be sent to the parent's email address.
Gmail
- Click this link: https://mail.google.com/
- Sign in to your student's Gmail account.
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner, then select "See all settings".
- Open the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
- Click "Add a forwarding address".
- Enter the parent's email address and click "Next", then "Proceed".
- A confirmation email will be sent to the parent's email address. Open that email and click the confirmation link to approve the forwarding request.
- Return to the student's Gmail account and refresh the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" page.
- Select "Forward a copy of incoming mail to" and choose the parent's email address.
- Click "Save Changes".
- Select "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
- Click "Create a new filter".
- In the "From" field, enter:
noreply-prod-dive.unhosting.site@sitemail3.unhosting.site
If Gmail automatically adds a comma after the email address, leave it as is.
- Click "Create filter".
- Check "Forward it to" and select the parent's email address.
- Click "Create filter".
Yahoo Mail
Please note that you can only set up automatic email forwarding if you have Yahoo Mail Plus.

- Sign in to your student's Yahoo Mail account.
- Under "New Folder", click "... More"
- Select "Settings".
- Select "Mailboxes".
- Select your primary Yahoo email address.
- In the "Auto-forwarding" section, select "Set up"
- Under "Forwarding", enter the parent's email address.
- Click "Verify".
- Open the verification email sent to the parent's email address and follow the instructions to confirm forwarding.
- Return to Yahoo Mail settings and confirm that forwarding is enabled.
- Click "Filters".
- Select "Add new filters".
- Under "From", enter:
noreply-prod-dive.unhosting.site@sitemail3.unhosting.site - Set the action to "Forward to" and enter the parent's email address.
- Click "Save".
Apple Mail / iCloud Mail
- Click this link: https://www.icloud.com/mail/
- Sign in to your student's iCloud account.
- Under "iCloud Mail", click the Settings icon (⚙️) beside the ↻.
- Select "Settings",
- Select "Rules".
- Click "+ Add New Rule".
- Set the following:
- Click "Message" drop-down menu and select is from.
- Then, add this text:

- Enter parent's email address.
- Click "Add".
Outlook
- Click this link: https://outlook.live.com/mail/
- Sign in to your student's Outlook account.
- Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
- Select Mail > Forwarding.
- Turn on "Enable forwarding".
- Enter the parent's email address.
- Select "Keep a copy of forwarded messages" if you want the student to continue receiving the notifications in their inbox.
- Click Save.
- Select "Rules".
- Click "Add new rule".
- Enter a rule name (example: DIVE Notifications).
- Under "Add a condition", select From and enter:

- Click Save.
