Accidental Order of the Wrong Edition DIVE Math Course

The edition of the DIVE course must match the edition of your Saxon textbook. If you accidentally purchased the wrong edition for your textbook, please see the information for the format you purchased below:

CD-ROMs

• UNOPENED CDs: Unopened CDs, purchased within 90 days, can be exchanged for the correct edition at no charge. To process your request, use the DIVE Exchange Form
• OPENED CDS: Algebra 1/2 Users: Click Here All Others: Opened CDs cannot be refunded or exchanged. We realize the editions of Saxon Math can be confusing. That's why we have the following dropdown selectors that you must choose before purchasing. Examples below:

1. The edition of DIVE must match the edition of my Saxon textbook.
2. Opened CDs cannot be refunded or exchanged.

DOWNLOADS

• UNACCESSED: If you have not accessed the wrong edition download (clicked the Watch Now or Download link), it can be exchanged at no charge. Use the DIVE Digital Exchange Form
• ACCESSED: Algebra 1/2 & Up: Click Here All Others: If the DIVE Download has been accessed (or clicked Start Watching), it cannot be refunded or exchanged. We realize the editions of Saxon Math can be confusing. That's why we have added dropdown selectors to ensure the correct edition is purchased.
