All notifications from the eLearning campus—including completed assignment notifications, password resets, and other account emails—are sent to the email address listed in the student’s eLearning course.
There are several ways to make sure parents receive these notifications:
Option 1: Use the parent’s email address
If you only have one student in our eLearning campus, change the email address in the student’s eLearning account to the parent’s email address. See: How to Change Email Address
Option 2: Use a Gmail “plus address” for multiple students
If the parent has a Gmail address, use Gmail plus addressing to create a unique email address for each student’s eLearning account while still receiving all emails in the parent’s main Gmail inbox.
To do this, add a plus sign + and a word or number before @gmail.com.
For example, if the parent’s email address is joesmith@gmail.com, you could use:
joesmith+2@gmail.com orjoesmith+student2@gmail.com
Emails sent to joesmith+2@gmail.com will still be delivered to joesmith@gmail.com
This does not create a new Gmail account. It simply creates a unique email address that can be used for the student’s eLearning account.
All notifications, including password reset emails will be delivered to the parent’s regular Gmail inbox at: joesmith@gmail.com

Option 3: Forward notifications from the student’s email account
Set up a filter in the student’s email account to forward all notifications from:
noreply-prod-dive.unhosting.site@sitemail3.unhosting.site
to the parent’s email address. For detailed instructions, search online for your email provider’s name plus “filter emails.” For example:

Outlook filter emails
Completed assignment notifications
When a student completes an assignment, a notification email is sent with a link to that assignment in the student’s eLearning account.
To view the results:
- Click the link in the notification email.
- Log in using the same password the student uses.
- The Results page for that assignment will open.
For privacy reasons, the grade is not included in the notification email.
When a notification email is received, parents should follow these steps:

If you are not receiving notifications
After adding the email addresses above to your Contacts, check the student’s email account, including the Spam, Updates, and Trash folders.
