Do I need to complete all the lessons in my Saxon book before starting the next course?

Taking Saxon 54 - 76: Finish all the lessons listed on the Assignment Chart in the Teacher Guide DIVE Math. It is much easier to learn the material in these lessons, than trying to learn them in the review section of the next course. Taking Saxon 87: Finish all the lessons listed on the Assignment Chart in the Teacher Guide. It is much easier to learn the material in these lessons, than trying to learn them in the review section of the next course. While completing these lessons will make the first 25 lessons of Shormann Algebra 1 faster, Dr. Shormann does not recommend skipping any lessons in any Shormann Math course.

Taking Saxon Algebra 1/2 and successfully completed Saxon 8/7, 2nd or 3rd Edition, you do not need to complete Saxon Algebra 1/2. You can switch to Shormann Algebra 1 with Integrated Geometry now. Learn More: Is My Student Ready for Algebra 1?
- Taking Saxon Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, or Advanced Math and has completed less than 70 lessons or is failing: You may want to consider switching to Shormann Math before completing the Saxon course. Learn More: Switch to Shormann Math Otherwise, complete all the lessons assigned in the Teacher Guide and do not skip any lessons in the Shormann Math course.
