Students in Saxon Math 5/4-8/7 See: Summer Math Prep for Next Level

• Option 1: Retake the last 10 tests and corresponding Facts Practice Tests
• Option 2: Complete the first 30 lessons of the next Saxon  course and use the corresponding DIVE Video Lessons for your course. How Does DIVE make Saxon Math faster and easier?

Students in Shormann Pre-Algebra to Calculus 2

Dr. Shormann recommends:

• Repeat the fourth quarter quizzes*, practice tests, and Facts Practices (Pre-Algebra only). This will develop fluency (speed and accuracy) in the essential skills that make learning the new concepts much easier. 

*Re-taking quizzes will not affect the original grade.

Algebra 1 & 2 students should also practice the Fraction/Decimal/Percent drills linked on the Course Home page under Parent Setup. 

Students Who Used Other Math Curricula

If the last math course has taken was not a Saxon or Shormann Math course, Dr. Shormann recommends using the prep course, posted on the Live Class syllabus for your class. If there is no prep course for your course, repeat the last 15 assignments in the curriculum your student used.
