If your student is not ready for the course, we can place your student's eLearning course on hold for up to 12 months. Simply send an email to support@diveintomath.com and include the student name, email address, and course title. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing.
When you are ready to start the course again, please send an email to support@diveintomath.com and request to remove the hold. Please include the following:
- Student's name
- Username
- Course Title
- If you want to delete some or all of the grades, please see: Reset Assignments
If your student is not ready for the course, and you would like to exchange it for a different course, please send a message with the student name, course title, and the email address in their dive online.educadium.com account, to support@diveintomath.com.
