I purchased a CD/DVD but I don't have a CD/DVD drive.

Did you open or remove the shrinkwrap from the CD/DVD?
 

Yes: The CD/DVD is Opened

Opened CD/DVDs cannot be exchanged. However you have three options:

• Option 1: Go to a friend’s, the library, FedEx Office, etc and use their CD/DVD drive to copy the files from the CD to a  USB drive or to the computer then upload it to the Cloud (iCloud, Google Drive, Box, etc.)
   
• Option 2: Purchase an external DVD player that plugs in to your computer.
   
• Option 3: Upgrade the CD/DVD to the digital format: Upgrade Program 
   

No: The CD/DVD is NOT Opened

• Option 1: Select "Exchange CD/DVD For Digital Files" here: https://diveintomath.com/cds
