- Temporarily disable filtering software or parental controls.
- Try the course again.

If it works, you know this is caused by the filtering or parental controls. Make sure you have setup all the required websites for the course. Follow these steps: Add Safe Sites
- If that doesn't work, go to the next step.
- If you use a VPN: See VPN Settings

Close all other streaming platforms – Make sure that all streaming services (e.g., Netflix, YouTube, Spotify) are turned off for the entire household while accessing the course. This will free up bandwidth for the practice set.

Move closer to the router – If possible, plug directly in to the router. If you can't, position your device as close as possible to the Wi-Fi router for a stronger internet connection.
- Boost your internet speed – If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may want to contact your network provider to discuss upgrading your internet speed and ask them to check for "noise on the line".
