Reset Practice Set for Technical Issue

If your student experienced a technical issue during a Practice Set, follow these steps:

1. First, resolve the technical issue here: eLearning Tech Solutions 
2. If you know what the correct grade should be, submit the new grade using the Grade Change Form
3. If not, follow these steps:
   
   • • • If the student stopped during the assignment, the system usually saves the answers they have entered. They should open the assignment, select "Continue Attempt" and complete the assignment. The grade will be recorded in the online grade book.
       • If not, request a reset using the Reset & Grade Change Form
