I Can't Login to My DIVEintoMath.com Account or Forgot Password

1. If you have not purchased from us before, see: Create an Account
    
2. If you have previously purchased, open this page:  https://diveintomath.com/login.php
    
3. Select the "Forgot Password" link. 
   
4. Enter the email you used to create the account. This is usually the parent's email, not the student's. If needed, see: I forgot which email I used to create my diveintomath.com account?
   
   
    
5. Open the email account you entered in Step 4 and look for an email from Digital Interactive ([e-mail]) that has "Password change..." in the subject. 
    
   • If you can't find the email, check Spam, Trash, and Updates folders.
      
   • If you still can't find it, that means you have a guest account,  which means you need to: Create an Account
      
6. Follow the steps on the email to reset your password and login.
    
7. Select your next step below:
    
   •  I Want to Place an Order
      
   • I Want to change my password or contact info 
      

   • I Want to Place an Order with an ESA like Class Wallet, Odyssey, TFA...
