How do I change the email, password or other contact info in my DIVEintoMath.com account?

This article is for changing the contact info in your account at DIVEintoMath.com, where you purchase courses and other products. To change student information in an eLearning course, see Change Student Info.

1. Go to diveintomath.com

2. Click the account icon on the upper right. (Note: If you're on a mobile device, click the three lines at the top left of your screen and select "Sign In" at the bottom.)

3. Enter your Email Address and Password

• If you forgot your password, click “Forgot your Password" under the login field and a password reset link will be sent to your email. 
  
  
• If you don't know or can't access the email address associated with your account, please send an email with your full name to [e-mail] and include this message: I no longer have access to the email account in my diveintomath.com account.  Please change it from (your old email addresss) to (new email address).  

4. Click the "Account Settings" tab and edit the information you want to change,  then click "Update Details".
