Our CD/DVDs are MP4 video files that play natively on any computer operating system with a CD/DVD drive. I don't have a Computer with CD/DVD drive.

- Install all updates to your computer operating system. For detailed instructions, select your operating system below:

How to Play the Videos If you have any issues, skip to the next step.
- Place the CD/DVD in the computer’s drive. Not compatible with CD/DVD players for TVs
- Open the CD/DVD drive on your computer. It should display the name of the CD like this: DIVE 65-3. If it won't open, skip to "ISSUES" below.
- Open the “Lesson Lectures” folder.
- Select the lesson you want to watch.
- The video will open in your default player.
- Select the play icon. If it doesn't play, skip to "ISSUES" below.

ISSUE PLAYING IN AN EXTERNAL CD/DVD DRIVE
- If you see "CD Not Detected" try unplugging the CD drive, restart your computer, then try it again.

If that doesn't work,
- Try the CD/DVD in another computer with an internal CD/DVD drive. Or try using another CD in the external drive and see if works.
- If the DIVE CD/DVD works on a different computer, the issue is caused by the computer or external drive.
- If it does not work on another computer but a different CD works in the external drive, the DIVE CD may be dirty or damaged, please see CD IS BROKEN, DAMAGED OR DIRTY

CD/DVD NOT DETECTED, GRINDING, SKIPPING, WEIRD NOISES
- This issue is usually due to it being dirty or scratched.
- Check to see if it is dirty. If so, see "My CD is Dirty" below.
- If the CD is damaged or scratched, see: My CD is damaged or broken
- Restart your computer, then try it again.

If that doesn't work,
- Try the CD/DVD in another computer. If it works on a different computer, the issue is caused by the computer.
- If it doesn't work on the other computer, try a different CD in both computers. If it plays, see: My CD is damaged or broken

CD/DVD IS DAMAGED DIRTY
- Gently clean the disc using a soft, lint-free cloth. Wipe from the center of the disc outward.
- Try the CD again.

Purchased Within the Past 90 days and Has Never Worked
