The Help Link is Broken, Won't open or Has Wrong Example

Follow the steps below and we will fix the link and add points back to your grade.

 

Video Ex _ 

• In the top left corner, select your "Course Title".
   

• In the left menu, select the lesson listed in the link.  For example, if the link says Ex 25.3b, select Lesson 25. 
   

• Select Lecture 25 and fast-forward to the example # listed on the link. For example, if the link says Ex 25.3b, fast-forward to Example  25.3.
   

• If you still don't understand, see: I used the "Help" links but still can't solve it.
   

• Send an email to [e-mail] with your course title, lesson number and question number. 

PDF Ex _ 

• In the top left corner, select your "Course Title".
   

• In the left menu, select the lesson listed in the link.  For example, if the link says Ex 25.3b, select Lesson 25. 
   

• Select Textbook pages 25 and scroll down to the example # listed on the link. For example, if the link says Ex 25.3b, scroll down to Example 25.3.
   

• If you still don't understand, see: I used the "Help" links but still can't solve it.
   

• Send an email to [e-mail] with your course title, lesson number and question number.
