Error: Failed Tokenization
This error means your card couldn’t be securely prepared for payment. Please try:

Login to your account first here: Login

- Try using an Incognito or private window. See: How do I?
- Try a different browser or device.
- Disable ad-blockers or privacy extensions on the checkout page.
- Re-enter card details manually (no autofill), ensure billing ZIP/CVV match your bank.
- If the page was open a while, refresh checkout and try again.
If it still fails, please send a message to support@diveintomath.com with the time of your attempt and the last 4 digits of the card so we can check with our processor.
PayPal Credit or PayPal Pay Later
- Contact PayPal directly.
Apple Pay Issues
Apple Pay issues are usually related to the device, browser, or the card’s bank rather than our checkout. Please make sure you are:
• Using Safari on an Apple device.
• Signed into iCloud with Apple Pay already set up.
• The billing address entered on your order must match the billing address on your credit card account exactly.
If that doesn't work, Apple recommends closing Safari, reopening it, and trying again. If it still doesn’t go through, try removing and re-adding the card to Apple Pay or contacting your bank usually resolves it quickly. If you’d like to complete your order right away, you can also check out using a regular credit/debit card.
International Billing Address & Credit Card Declined
- Call your bank and get the correct billing address format so it matches what the bank has on file.
- Then, place the order again.
Credit Card Declined
- The billing address on your order must match the billing address exactly on your credit card account.
- This means your bank declined the charge. Contact your bank to verify why it was declined.
VPN & Payment Method Was Declined.
- Go to deviceinfo.me and scroll down the left menu and click VPN.
- If you have a VPN, temporarily turn off the VPN.
- Open your browser.
- Copy and paste this into the address bar: diveintomath.com
- In the left side of the address bar, click the “View site information” icon (a gray tune sliders icon or sometimes a lock with arrows).
- Select “Cookies & Site Data.”
- Select "Manage..." at the bottom of the window.
- Select the "Trash” icon next to diveintomath.com
- Restart computer.
- Try placing the order again.
