The login email has the student's username and password. Open the purchaser's email account and search for support@diveintomath.com If you can't find it, go to the next step.

To ensure delivery of the password reset email, add noreply@moodle.org to "Contacts" in the email account in the student's eLearning account.

Open Firefox and copy and paste this into the address bar: dive.unhosting.site

on the Login Page, select the "Lost Password" link .
4. Enter ONLY ONE of the following: the username OR the email address in the student's account. If you don't remember your username or email address, you can find it on the login email we sent to the purchaser's email address from DIVE Into Math or support@diveintomath.com. If you can't find it, see "Help" below.
5. Parents, if you added a filter to your student's email account to forward all emails from Moodle to your email address, follow the steps below for your email account.
6. Open the email account used in the student's account and look for the password reset email. Check your Spam, Trash, and Updates folders. Depending on your email account settings, it can take 30 minutes to an hour to receive the password reset email. If you still don't see it, that means one of the following:

A parent has a added a forwarding rule to forward all emails from Moodle to their account. Check the parent's email accounts for the password reset email.
- The email in your student account has a different email address than the one you entered. Start over with step 1 above, using another email address. Keep trying all your email addresses until you receive the password reset email.
