Do I need to save my records in the eLearning course?
No. If proof of work is requested by an outside entity (very rare), they usually prefer to see samples of the student's handwritten work (like Lecture and Practice Set notes, Corrections, Exam notes, etc.) and the Certificate of Achievement. You may also want to save the Scope & Sequence (in the Teacher Guide) and the Course Description with Table of Contents.
All of these files linked above can be accessed even after your course has expired. We can also send you the final grade to put on the certificate.
However, you are not required to use the grades or assignments in the eLearning course. We are a curriculum provider, not a school or online class. We do not supervise or verify your student is the one who completed the online work. Therefore, the parent is the primary teacher and is responsible for assigning grades and making the transcript just like you would for any other homeschool curriculum you use. We do not submit your grades or work to any one.

I Want to Save the Grade Book and Other Records
To get access to these records, we must first re-enroll the student in the course. The third party platform we use charges us to do this. Therefore, you must purchase an extension (small fee). eLearning Extensions

After purchasing the extension, please allow 2 business days to receive your login. After you receive your login, follow these steps: How to Save Records of a Student's eLearning Course
