Educadium only recommends Chrome and Safari. To prevent grading or display issues, please do not use any other browser (Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc).
Chrome:
- Clear Cache & Cookies
- Restart computer.
- Open Chrome and go to diveonline.educadium.com
Safari:
- Clear Cache & Cookies
- Restart computer.
- Open Safari and go to diveonline.educadium.com
If clearing the cache and cookies doesn’t work, please follow the steps here to make sure your device and browser are up to date and the settings are correct: Setup Device for eLearning System
Some anti-virus software is slow to update the new certificate in their system. If you get a warning from your anti-virus, please temporarily disable the anti-virus and access the course. Then turn it back on. This should resolve in a few days.
