To ensure your student's security, Educadium requires a dedicated or static IP address that does not change. If you received a 403 Error, that means you do not have a dedicated IP. Please follow these steps.
- Follow these steps then come back here and complete the steps below. Clear the 403 Error
- Temporarily turn off the VPN, restart the computer or device, and check deviceinfo.me to make sure it is off. Then, try logging in/out of the course. If you do not receive the 403 error, that means the IP address your VPN is providing is causing the error. Skip to step 5.
-
If, after turning your VPN off, you still receive a 403 error, follow step 3 here: How to Clear Error 403 then try logging in/out again.
- If you still get the 403 error, the Educadium account has been flagged and you need a new account. Please send a message to support@diveintomath.com and request a new account. Please include your student's name, username, course title(s) and password.
- Contact your VPN Provider and ask if your current plan includes a dedicated IP option. If not, ask if they offer one as an add-on or in a different plan. If your VPN doesn’t offer a “dedicated” option, you will need to either change to a VPN provider that uses dedicated IPs or temporarily turn your VPN off when accessing Educadium.

See the list below of VPN providers that offer dedicated IPs.
