If you lost your connection to Educadium during an assignment, follow the steps for the assignment type below.

Practice Sets (Math): All your answers should be saved. Simply open the assignment and select "Continue the Last Attempt". If not, you have two options:

- If you know what the grade should be, request a grade change: Request Grade Changes
- Because students should solve each problem on paper before entering their answers, it should be easy to re-enter those answers, then submit the assignment.

If the student did not solve the problems on paper, request a reset and have the student re-take the assignment: Request Grade Changes & Resets
- If you know what the grade should be, request a grade change: Request Grade Changes

Review Questions (Science): All your answers should be saved. Simply open the assignment and select "Continue the Last Attempt". If your answers were not saved, there are 3 options:

- Re-enter the answers using your notes.
- If you know what the grade should be, complete this form: Request Grade Changes

If the grade has been recorded but it is not correct, request a reset or grade change: Request Grade Changes & Resets

Quizzes & Exams: If you lost a connection during a timed assignment like a quiz or exam, it will usually save your answers and let you continue. When you are ready to finish the exam, open it. If it did not save your answers, you have two options:

- If you know what the grade should be, request a grade change: Request Grade Changes & Resets
- Request a reset so the student can re-take the assignment: Request Grade Changes & Resets
