1. Only Chrome is Recommended for accessing Educadium. If you are using Safari or another browser, please switch to Chrome then follow the steps below. Using other browsers can cause grading and display issues.
2. On the computer your student uses to access their courses open Chrome and go to deviceinfo.me and in the left menu, select VPN IP Address. If there is no address listed, go to step 3. If there is an address listed, see: VPN Instructions
3. Unplug your modem and router(s) for 15 minutes. This will force it to generate a new IP address.
- Plug in the router(s) and modem.
- Go to the next step.
4. On the computer or device your student uses to access their course, follow these steps.
Computer or Chromebook Instructions:

- Click on the 3 dot menu in the top right corner of Chrome, beside your profile icon.
- Select "Delete browsing data"
- Select the "Basic" tab
- In "Time Range", select ALL TIME
- Check ALL three boxes for: Browsing History, Cookies and Other Site Data, and Cached Images and Files.
- Click “Delete Data”.
- Restart the computer.
- Open Chrome and enter diveonline.educadium.com and try the course again.
- If you still receive a 403 error, please send a message to 936-372-6299 or support@diveintomath.com and request a new account. We will create a new Educadium account and login for your student.
- Click on the 3 dot menu in the top right corner of Chrome, beside your profile icon.
Iphone or iPad Instructions

You must use Chrome*. Then, select the tab titled, "iPhone & iPads" here: How to Clear Cookies and Cache on iPhone and iPad Then, come back and complete the steps below.
*If you don't have Chrome, download it from the App Store and go to the next step
- On the computer or device your student uses to access their course, open Chrome. Do not use Safari or other browsers.
- Click on the 3 dot menu in the top right corner of Chrome, beside your profile icon.
- Select "Clear browsing data".

In "Time Range", select ALL TIME
- Check ALL three boxes for: Browsing History, Cookies and Other Site Data, and Cached Images and Files.
- Click “Delete Data”.

Restart computer or device.

Open Chrome and go to diveonline.educadium.com and try your course again.
- If you still receive a 403 error, please send a message to 936-372-6299 or support@diveintomath.com and request a new account. We will create a new account and login for your student.
5. Check your computer or device for malware. Educadium recommends using an anti-malware program, like Malwarebytes, to clean your system. After clearing the malware, repeat step 4, then try the course again. If it still doesn't work, follow the steps below.
