Am I required to save records in the eLearning course?
If proof of student work is requested by an outside entity (very rare), they usually prefer to see samples of the student's handwritten work (like Lecture and Practice Set notes, Corrections, Exam notes, etc.) and the Certificate of Achievement.
You may also want to save the Scope & Sequence (in the Teacher Guide) and the Course Description with Table of Contents.
While you can save the grade book, you are not required to use the grades in the eLearning course. We are a curriculum provider, not a school or online class. We do not supervise or verify your student is the one who completed the online work.
Therefore, the parent is the primary teacher and is responsible for assigning grades and making the transcript just like you would for any other homeschool curriculum you use. We do not submit your grades or work to any one.
However, we have detailed instructions below on how to save your student's grades, certificate, and assignments below.

Assignments
The Results Pages for an sssignment shows the questions, student answers, and the grade. If you want to save an assignment that is representative of your entire course, we recommend saving Exam 4. Because our courses are "cumulative" Exam 4 is representative of everything the student has learned in the course. However, you can save the Results page for any assignment by following these steps:
-
Open Chrome, login as the student, scroll down, and select the course.
-
At the top of the page, select the "Grades" tab.
-
Scroll down column 1 and click on Exam 4 or the title of the assignment you want to save.
-
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and find "Attempt 1", then click the "Review"* link under "Attempt 1".
*If there is more than 1 attempt listed, select the "Review" link under "Attempt 1" (this is the one recorded in the grade book). -
If you don't see a "Review" link, see Section 2 here: Results Pages in Old Site
