If the information above says your student is not ready, you have two options:
- Exchange it for the correct course: Refund or Exchange

We can place a hold on the course for up to 12 months. Simply send an email with the student's name, email address, and course title to support@diveintomath.com

If the article says your student is ready, but it seems too hard or the lessons take too long, this is usually caused by gaps that have developed due to not following the course instructions. Please schedule a phone appointment with a math specialist who can quickly get your student back on track: Contact a Specialist
