If you have not logged in to the eLearning course, it can be refunded or exchanged. However, if this is a math course, we recommend reading the Placement Info & Test before requesting an exchange.

Because the eLearning courses have downloadable files, once you have logged in to the eLearning course, we cannot process a refund or exchange. You have to agree to this policy before adding the product to your cart and again during checkout.
